I'm sure most of you are acquainted (or have at least seen) our beloved Mini, AKA Salvador, AKA Bella Muerte, etc. For those of you who don't... Shame on you! :]
She came up with a brilliant idea before the EC dipped into inactivity, and I believe that if we gather enough members, we can make this idea a reality.
This would be the new plot that Mini created:
Salvador (King of the Lights) goes on the long road and thus leaves for some reason or another. While he's gone, Striga (King of the Darks) takes over the light lands.
Salvador comes back, and the lights slowly have to regain control of their lands again.
I think this plot can be expanded, but we'll need some ideas and TONS of support.
Please help spread the word, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

I agree with this; and I actually have missed you guys as well. lol Due to time, I don't think I would be able to have an active role in the plot. But I would love to see the site active once more.  |

[/hr] alright, about the king and queen. I know we all decided on something when this place first opened. But because of the inacivity I think we should change some things. I've noticed with 'many' sites that those who have already chosen kings and queens or dukes have a tendency to go inactive. This may be because the members have no choice in the matter of which horses rule. you all might not mind this, but I myself and finding it difficult. I would personally enjoy to be a king or queen for example. I enjoy the fierce competition that comes from try-outs, I get to see everyones talents and wonderful ways of writing as they sweat and ache in the hands for a position worth the time. thats my personal point of view, you may see it differently. But I was trying to say I'd enjoy trying out for The king position later on

Well the positions of Duke and Duchess are auditionable; maybe we should add more ranks to mix it up a bit as well
Admin's Note:[/hr] I think the idea could work well the competition between players; but what is more important is that the Kings are played by active members. I have also seen problems where those who were auditioning for the positions have left if they were not chosen to be King. As for a swipe, I agree that would be in order before the site becomes active once more. Just to make things look more organised so that advertising could take place. The site would greatly appreciate any new ideas that people have for the site as well. [Agent:2] |

Oh, goodness! I didn't think anyone would respond, but I'm sooo happy that you all did! I knew you were lurking out there, somewhere. 
I agree with the ideas of cleaning the site.
We'll have to switch the 'Light Lands' under dark rule anyway, so those old threads will have to be swiped. I'm not sure about swiping accounts, as old members may be coming back, and it would be nice if their accounts are here, waiting for them.
As for active Kings and Queens- I do know that Striga and Salvador are usually quite active.
Once Striga has taken over the Light Lands, nobility will be much needed! Duke and Duchess are really going to be critical, as well as the participation of other darks and lights.
Particularly lights!
Now that I know you all like Mini's ideas, I can be on nearly every day to regulate and help with cleaning. As soon as the editing is done, we will need all the help we can get with advertising and activity.
Your suggestions are really appreciated and welcome!

I do disagree on the accounts thing though. I think removing the accounts will show who is more interested in coming back, plus people generally know who is who and everything.
We need a new layout!

Revised everything, really.. -wonders around aimlessly- I think maybe adding in more ranks could help things as well.

I swept the boards and cleaned everything.
I also modified the light lands, though I'm starting to think it looks messy...

I was thinking that maybe all the light lands have been taken over by the lights. So wouldn't they all be under control of the Darks

I am adding the "god" features that were supposed to be implemented a while ago. Along with a few extra bits, although they won't have too much impact on the game either way. I found out finally what to do with Rogue! No; before anyone freaks out she won't be coming back as Queen or as a Goddess, lets not go nuts.
There are going to be four Dukedoms on either side of the war. As far as I have gathered, all of these will be able to be auditioned for. This includes; Duchess positions as well.
e.g. Duke and Duchess of Darkness
Duke and Duchess of Sorrow
Duke and Duchess of Pain
Duke and Duchess of Agony
You get the basic idea. I'm still pondering the idea of following the Duchess position to have more of a role. Even a fighting/command one, any thoughts
